Windows-native client unifying 8 legacy analyzer protocols over RS-232/COM ports into a single LIMS-compatible data stream with zero packet loss guarantee.

The Challenge

24 laboratories ran 8 different analyzer models over legacy RS-232/COM ports with no standardised output, making LIMS integration impossible and requiring manual transcription of every result.

Our Solution

Electron-based Windows client unifies all 8 device protocols through a configurable bridge layer, automatically translating raw serial output to HL7 v2.5 messages for direct LIMS ingestion. Zero packet loss achieved via redundant buffer checksums.
